What happens in a MakerGirl Session?

Level 1 - Future Makers (120 minutes, live and in-person)

Introduction to 3D printing and how it can be used in different industries
Introduction to computer-aided design (CAD)
Learn about famous women in STEM
See 3D printing in action
Students can present what they created to the class

Parents & guardians, this is a field trip opportunity. Students will be picked up by bus from James Ward at 9 am and arrive at Dyson offices for the session at 9:45 am.

They will be picked up by bus at 12:00 PM to return to James Ward by 12:45 pm.

James Ward, MakerGirl, and Dyson supervision will be present during the entire session.
