Level 1
Learn about 3D printing with real-world applications & create a 3D print design
Each session will have a different theme so participants can attend as many sessions as they wish. MakerGirls learn about the topic of the session and fun facts about famous women in STEM along the way. After each session, participants receive their 3D printed design via mail!
90 minute for virtual sessions or 120 for live sessions (one-time session)

Introduction to computer-aided design (CAD)

Level 2
Project based learning program teaching students to be not only makers, but Inventors
In Level 2 - Inventive Minds, MakerGirls use engineering design principles, create their own projects and design 3D printed parts to bring them to life. Students will build upon their knowledge of 3D printing and how it can be strategically used in the creation of games.
5 modules, 90 minutes each
Target age range: 9-12 years old (MakerGirls who have attended 3 or more Level 1 sessions also welcome)
Level 3
Students enhance entrepreneurship and 3D printing skills
In Level 3 - Project Engineers, students build upon technical skills taught in previous MakerGirl programs. Project Engineers combines printing and entrepreneurship curriculum at the forefront of STEM education with the goal of creating confident and curious self-starters. Students work in teams to ideate, design, create, and pitch a new product or invention using 3D printing and other cutting edge technologies.
8 modules in different sessions
Different theme for each module, including discussing entrepreneurship, developing company brands, and pitching ideas
Target age range: 11 - 14 year old students
