What happens in a MakerGirl Session?

Level 1 - Future Makers (90 minutes, live)

• Introduction to 3D printing and how it can be used in different industries

• Introduction to computer-aided design (CAD)

• Learn about famous women in STEM

• REVAMPED: Obtain your 3D printed design at home after the session (within 8-10 weeks) in a special MakerGirl at-home mailer

• Students can present what they created to the class

7-14 years old

Session Details:

Parents and guardians, please drop off your students by 5:15 at the StartUp Junkie office. The StartUp Junkie office is located on the second floor, right above the Tula restaurant. Elevators can be found in the back left and back right of the building when entering from the main entrance. A staircase is just to the right of the main entrance as well.

StartUp Junkie supervision will be there throughout the entire session.
